Shipping Policy

All Novu Studio pairs are hand-built to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your pair to be made before it ships - you'll receive a confirmation email once it's on its way. 

UK Shipping
Free tracked shipping on all UK orders via Royal Mail.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via UPS. Delivery time is in addition to the 2-4 week build time and varies by destination.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country's customs authority on arrival. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility to pay. We recommend checking your local customs guidance for an estimate before ordering.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Delayed or lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at harry@novustudio.co.uk and we'll chase it with the courier.
